While encouraging our employees and subcontractors to think outside the box and find new solutions to existing problems, we encourage the flow of ideas that are behind all new ways of working. Real change and real innovation happens when it is safe to speak up and when collaboration and creativity meet over a challenge. 

The only thing we insist on when blue-sky thinking is safety. If it isn’t safe, it isn’t innovative.
